Answer: DataMNC seeks to empower stakeholders with FREE access to English language annual financial statements and corporate reports (management reports, annual reports, integrated annual reports, and sustainability reports) disclosed by the world’s largest publicly-listed companies.

Question: Which type of companies are available in DataMNC?

Answer: The world's more than 40,000 publicly listed companies are required to, or voluntarily, issue annual corporate reports and financial statements. DataMNC seeks to include the largest publicly-listed companies that publish annual corporate reports and financial statements in English for all or most of the years 2012-2024.

Question: How does DataMNC obtain the annual disclosures of the world's largest publicly-listed companies?

Answer: DataMNC only gathers annual disclosures from the issuing corporations website or from a national government website that makes annual disclosures available to the public for download. Companies can validate their company information and annual disclosures by contacting CompaniesValidation@DataMNC.com.

Question: Why doesn't DataMNC publish quarterly financial statements too?

Answer: DataMNC seeks only to publish annual reports and annual financial statements that are generally of interest to all stakeholders, including investors, creditors, consumers, employees, communities and regulators.

Question: Why are DataMNC documents available in read-only format?

Answer: DataMNC respects the intellectual property of companies that publish their annual reports and financial statements, and of the national securities regulators that publish annual financial statements, for general public consumption.

Answer: Please contact stakeholderservices@datamnc.com to recommend a company or annual disclosures for DataMNC, and indicate the corporate website or national securities regulator website that makes the company's annual disclosure available for public consumption.

Question: Is DataMNC a private business or not-for-profit organization?

Answer: DataMNC is a private company currently only dedicated to provide freemium access to annual disclosures of publicly-listed companies. This initial version of DataMNC will always operate as a social entrepreneurship venture that only earns revenues from donations, appropriate advertising, and sponsored blogs..
